Makeup Service — Client Contract
1. Services Provided
The makeup artist agrees to provide makeup services as requested by the client, which may include makeup for special occasions, events, personal photoshoots, or any other related services. A consultation will be held prior to the appointment, and any additional services the client requests will be agreed upon ahead of time.
2. Appointment Date and Time
The makeup service will take place on the agreed appointment date. The makeup artist will arrive at the designated location at the agreed start time to begin the services.
3. Payment Terms
The total cost for the makeup services is as agreed on the client consult form. A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the day of the service. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or cash.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost, unless a proven emergency is provided, in which case fees may be waived at the makeup artist's discretion. To reschedule, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee.
5. Liability Waiver
The client acknowledges that the makeup application may involve the use of products that could cause allergic reactions or other risks. The client agrees to inform the makeup artist of any known allergies or sensitivities before the service. By proceeding with the service, the client releases the makeup artist from any liability for accidents, allergic reactions, or injuries that may occur during the makeup application.
6. Photography Consent
The client grants permission for the makeup artist to take photographs of their makeup for use in the artist's portfolio, promotional materials, and on social media. These images may be shared publicly without further compensation to the client.
7. Makeup Artist Availability
In the rare event that the makeup artist is unable to attend the appointment due to illness or an emergency, a replacement artist will be provided. If no suitable replacement is available, the appointment will be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued to the client.
8. Additional Terms
Any other specific terms or conditions related to the services will be mutually agreed upon and documented in writing before the makeup services are provided.
By confirming your booking, both parties confirm they have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
